Over nine months, I collaborated with Leadpages to empower 630 entrepreneurs with optimized landing pages and marketing funnels, contributing to a 0.5% decrease in the monthly churn rate and increased customer lifetime value.

Leadpages is a landing page building tool and conversion marketing platform used by over 45,000 people. Anyone can use it to build landing pages from scratch without any design experience. Their approach is focused on helping service-based entrepreneurs create marketing funnels that experience conversion rates well above the industry average.
After the pandemic, Leadpages saw a higher-than-usual churn rate in their customer base. Many users struggled to see immediate results from their new online businesses, which led to frustration and cancellations of various marketing tools. Customers needed more personalized support and hands-on guidance to unlock the full potential of Leadpages for their businesses.
To address this challenge, I collaborated with the Leadpages team to design and deliver new service offerings aimed at reducing churn. These included Service Hours, the "30 Leads in 30 Days" Program, Done-For-You Marketing Funnels, and more.
The goal was to ensure customers achieved faster results while enhancing their overall experience with the platform. By leveraging my visual design and conversion marketing expertise, I developed, tested, and implemented solutions that directly impacted customer retention and satisfaction.
One of my primary responsibilities was conducting detailed audits of customer landing pages. These audits provided actionable recommendations to enhance conversion rates, delivered through personalized 15-minute video recordings.
Over the 9-month engagement, I reviewed approximately 20 landing pages daily, and over 10% of customers who received audits provided positive feedback on the service.
Another key initiative I supported was the development and delivery of Done-For-You Marketing Services. This included designing a scalable business model for a service-based offering that complemented Leadpages' SaaS product.
These services enabled customers to access full marketing funnels, including landing pages, email sequences, and advertising strategies.
