What is the step-by-step process of working with Ian?

• If we both think we're a good fit after a 30-minute intro call, the next step is to develop a customized plan for you and your business. We'll determine how to develop your brand and marketing strategy and what deliverables you need.
• We will then go through coaching or a workshop to cultivate clarity, coherency, and consistency.
• We will execute the brand strategy into a roadmap and guide. If we deem important: design guidelines, statements, logos, visual designs, and more.
• Finally, we will ensure there is a process for creating visuals and messaging that will resonate with your audiences and stay true to your brand.

What can I expect from Ian?

• My ethos as a brand consultant is to work with you collaboratively. I am not going to give you advice and leave you to defend yourself. I will work with you every step of the way to make decisions and implement changes.
• I have a holistic approach and will always bring it to my work. My focus is on you, your employees, your stakeholders, your business, and the wider society.
• I will never back down from executing on a strategy and won't leave once the strategy is developed.
• I will always be honest, transparent, respectful, and empathetic to you and your team.
• I talk less and ask questions more. I aim to coach you in understanding your situation and how to move forward.
• At minimum, by-weekly video / in-person check-ins and ongoing communication over our preferred service.
